It’s award season, and you know what that means.
Whether you’re keeping up with the Oscars, lining things up for the Grammys, or awaiting Comparably’s Best Of award announcements, it’s always fun to see who will be recognized for showcasing their best performances.
It’s not hard to tout awards these days, it seems like every other startup gets stuck in claiming they’re the best without being able to back up the claim.
Lucky for Forethought, we partnered with Comparably whose mission it is to “make workplaces transparent and rewarding for both employees and employers.” Comparably takes industry insight into consideration and gets real input from real employees to help determine where companies are succeeding in the grand scheme of it all.
Comparably rankings are derived from sentiment ratings provided by current employees about how confident they feel about the future success of their company and how likely they are to recommend working at their company to a friend.
This year, Forethought’s employees have recognized Forethought for having the Best Outlook of 2022 and for being one of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area.
San Francisco is the home of Forethought, where our co-founders Deon Nicholas and Sami Ghoche started it all. We’ve come a long way since 2018, growing from a small group of engineers to the 150+ employees we have now.
In 2022, Forethought is set to grow exponentially, having nearly 300 employees by the end of the year. Our Forethinkers have said it and they truly believe things are set to grow for the best this year and beyond.
Comparably pulls over 15 million ratings from 70,000 companies, so winning a spot on their lists is an honor. Forethought is proud to have won 2 of these this quarter and we’re proud to be continuously building a company filled with people who keep our company values and mission in mind.
